Summary:

This position will provide help desk support to all IDEA employees and perform daily tasks on ERP/CRM application.

Reports to:

Customer Service Director

Duties:

  • Provide troubleshooting and consulting on desktop and applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral failures, such as: printers, scanners, computers, Blackberries, etc.
  • Assist users in the setup of teleconferences.
  • Maintain the inventory of computer equipment.
  • Provide logon and user training to new hires.
  • Perform everyday tasks on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
  • Responsible for maintaining the CRM system available and updated.
  • Provide technical support for CRM/ERP.
  • Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist with design, development, unit and integration testing of reports, forms, interfaces, and workflow within the CRM/ERP.
  • Provide in-house training on CRM system.
  • Manage the online customer center.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Must have a vast knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite a plus.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
