Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations must be made in writing. A full refund will be made for cancellations received on or before July 13, 2008. From July 14 to August 15, 2008, 75% of fee paid will be refunded. After August 15, 2008, no refund will be given. Substitutes are welcome at any time.

Hotel room rate is $229 single-King or Double beds. Rates are subject to all applicable taxes. Hotel Tax (16%) in effect at time of check-in. There is an additional $15.00 resort fee which covers internet access, fitness center, newspaper, and in-room amenities. Reservations must be made by August 15, 2008. *Hotel requires a first night room rate deposit to make reservations.

Hotel Deposit Policy:
All reservations made by individuals must be guaranteed and accompanied by a major credit card or first night's room deposit. If guests do not check-in they will be charged one night's room rate plus additional taxes.

Hotel Cancellation:
Hotel cancellations may be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Any reservations cancelled after the cancellation date will be charged one night's room rate plus taxes.
