Individual registration includes admission to all educational sessions, the Welcome Reception and Tech Center, two breakfasts, two lunches, and one night out with dinner and entertainment. Enter the 2010 Forum raffle - refer two friends by August 15th to win an iPad, here's how:

1. Register for the Forum, if you haven’t already.
2. Refer two friends who haven’t attended in the last two years (see the 2008 and 2009 attendee lists to confirm).
3. When your refer someone, ask them to enter “Industry Peer” in the “Referred By” field and your name in the “Referrer Name” text box on their online registration form.
4. There is no limit to how many times your name can be entered into the drawing. The more you refer, the better your chances to win!

The iPad raffle drawing will take place live in Dallas at our closing general session on September 22nd. Please make sure you are present to accept the prize.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations must be made in writing. There is a $50 cancellation processing fee per registration. From July 14 to August 15, 2010, 75% of fee paid will be refunded. After August 15, 2010, no refund will be given. Substitutes are welcome at any time.
