Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations must be made in writing. A full refund will be made for cancellations received on or before July 13, 2009. From July 14 to August 15, 2009, 75% of fee paid will be refunded. After August 15, 2009, no refund will be given. Substitutes are welcome at any time.

Room rate details: All rates are subject to a 12.5% room tax and a resort fee of $11 per night. The resort fee includes use of the fitness center, daily newspaper, coffee in room, telephone access and complimentary shuttle to nearby shopping.

Hotel cancelation policy: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation at time of booking. Should you cancel a reservation; the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least seven (7) working days prior to arrival.
