IDEA makes the GDSN implementation process easy. With the exception of customers who choose to have our software installed on-site, there is no need for new software or hardware with IRD because you can access everything you need via the Internet. Plus, IRD will seamlessly connect you to the 1SYNC™ GDSN-certified Data Pool without requiring you to access their service separately. With IRD, you don't even need to go through the process of becoming certified with GDSN—we forge all the paths you need to become eCommerce enabled in one-stop.
Here's all it takes to get up and running on IRD:
- Supply us with the information and authorizations required to get on board.
- IDEA handles all the details of setting you up with 1SYNC™ and GDSN through our no-hassle, one-stop start-up process.
- IDEA assigns an implementation manager to your account to help you prepare your data so it meets mandatory requirements.
- Access training through our weekly IRD training webinars, if needed. The solution is highly intuitive, so training is minimal.
- Load data into IRD using your established data format—XML, EDI, Flat File, or other. If your data is not currently in a structured format, you can enter it into the system using our handy templates.
- Synchronize your data with 1SYNC™ through the IRD interface.
- Publish your data to the retailers you do business with and start realizing the benefits of eCommerce with IRD and CERICOMX®!
